Habitats of Georgia

This year you will be teaching your students about the habitats of Georgia.  In order to help your students find out more about each habitat, I have created a customized search engine for their use.  All the students need to do is click on the turquoise Rollyo link.  The search engine will appear in a new window. Be sure to click on Georgia Habitats, then type in the name of the habitat they wish to research.

Select Search Engine…Georgia HabitatsSearch The Web

You may be interested in showing your students a PowerPoint presentation about each habitat as an introduction.  The following link is a general introduction to Georgia Habitats.

You may want your students to play a game about habitats to further reinforce what you have taught.  To connect them to this game, just click on the link below.

You and I are now following on Twitter. I love your site and had an idea I wanted to share with you. If you don’t mind, could you please send me your e-mail address, and then I’ll send you more details. Thanks.
